CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

This is due to the nature of TCG's and the risk of members of public for resealing or tampering with certain items.

All sealed stock sold by Collectors Colosseum is factory sealed. All non-sealed items will be described as accurately and honestly as possible. Once an order is shipped, it is common for the consumer receiving it, to tamper with the item(s) and return back for a refund, leaving the store at risk of selling tampered goods. It is common practise with TCG stores to not offer a refund, due to this.

To mitigate this issue, we encourage you to do proper and extensive research to ensure that you are indeed purchasing an item you intend to keep. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be refunded without a 25% cancellation / restocking fee. All shipped orders will not be able to be refunded or returned in any capacity, due to the above.
