Bring your cards submission-ready - -$2 per card discount
**Submission-ready requirements - Card is in a non-mint fit, clear sleeve, in a semi-rigid sleeve and teamed with a unique coloured pull tab on your card sleeve inside the semi-rigid.
Your unique colour pull tab can be any 1× colour of your choice and should be used for each card in your submission. This makes for easier identification through our in-house video submission process. Customer must provide all preparation materials and be ready for handover for discount to apply**
IMPORTANT INFORMATION; PLEASE READ -
All Grading Services WILL incur an additional 20 AUD Shipping fee, per submission, per customer. Whether 1 or 10 card submitted, shipping additional fee is fixed at 20 AUD.
Also please note, any split submission Tiers or Companies you choose, will also accrue a 20 AUD shipping fee, as this is needing to be paid for every separate submission Company or Tier, on our end also.
Additional insurance;
Any insurance required above the base values covered within selected Tier, will accrue an extra $5 per $100 insured value. If your $1000 card is being sent on a tier that covers $750 AUD, your additional cost would be $5x2.5($250)=$12.50. These additional charges are applied for our third party insurer, where we insure all cards, both ways.
Other important preparation information;
All submissions are to be paid with a 50% deposit, on submitting with our store, as a minimum. The remaining 50% can be paid on pick up, or any day prior.
IMPORTANT; NO mint fit sleeves on drop off. Cards will be rejected if so. Please take photos of your own cards, Front & Back, and all 4 corners.
Due to the sheer volume of cards we grade, we are unable to keep high quality imagery of each persons cards, so this responsibility is on you!
Waivers are to be signed on drop off.
Discord membership is required to submit with us & receive full updates through our free Discord server.
If no Discord = NO updates! No updates will be given in any capacity, until cards are ready to be collected in store once grading process is complete, UNLESS Discord membership is acquired and your Discord username is recorded with us upon drop-off of your cards.
