No limit on purchase amounts unless stated within the product/item page.
Delivery methods are limited to postage & Click and Collect only.
Standard and express flat rate postage available Australia wide.
International shipping, for orders to be delivered outside Australia is also available.
Please ask as many questions as necessary via the contact us tab about a product prior to purchasing, to ensure you are confident and happy in purchasing the product.
Once the product is purchased, paid and shipped, there will be no change-of-mind refund on purchase, or any order cancellations of any capacity accepted.

This strict non-returns policy is a uniform approach by all TCG vendors worldwide, due to the historical issues vendors have faced when accepting returns from customers i.e. resealed & counterfeit items.

​ALL purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangable and non-returnable in any capacity. If a product gets stopped at customs in your country and you are unable to pay for it to enter the country and be delivered to you - this is solely your responsibility for not following the instructions above. If the product purchased is returned to Collector's Colosseum, your purchase is completely void and 100% non-refundable.

ALL sales are final. No cancellations or returns on change of mind. Please ask all questions prior to purchase, we are more than happy to send additional photos & videos etc of each product if required.
If by any chance the buyer and I agree on a refund, there is a 30% administrative restocking fee.

Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping/ship to any place in the world?
A: Yes, we pride ourselves on affordable, efficient and effective worldwide shipping methods. Using the best companies accessible to ensure the safe and swift arrival of your purchase. Please contact us via the "contact us" tab to find out more about your specific parcel destination!
Q: Why do you not offer refunds, exchanges or product returns at all? This is quite unusual.
A: Due to the nature of the products listed within this site and the nature of consumers becoming better and better at creating duplicates/proxy versions of ALL Pokémon and Tcg products, we strictly ban and forbid any kind of return/refund/exchange. In fact, the biggest Pokémon stores worldwide have the same policy. Even Pokémon Centers all over the world have the exact same policy, for the same reasons.
Q: Are prices listed on your website listed in USD?
A: No, this is an Australian based website and supplier of Pokémon and all Tcg's. Everything is listed in AUD. If you'd like to see all products listed on our website in your own currency type, please select the currency conversion dropdown bar, which is located in the middle, at the top of the home page.
Q: How long do you take to post the items out once purchased and how long will they take to get to me?
A: Once payment is received, postage will be completed on our end within 24 hours. Please note, Sundays are a non-posting day due to all Post Offices being closed every Sunday of the year. The time it takes to arrive with you will largely vary - based on your preferred method of postage, your location, customs clearance and other factors that can sometimes delay.
